Terms of use

Bubby (bubby.ai) writes and illustrates stories starring children whose photos a parent uploads. By making an account you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older.

The service

Stories are generated by AI. Faces, clothes, and plots can miss. You may hide or favorite books, bind keepsakes, and print them for family use. We may change features as we improve the product.

Your content

You must have the right to upload each photo and voice sample. You grant Bubby a license to store and process that content only to make and read stories for your household. We do not use it to train AI models and we do not sell it. Stories stay in your library unless you delete them or the account.

Plans

The free trial makes up to 10 full stories. A plan makes new stories each month. Monthly and annual plans are billed on the web through Stripe, not through Apple or Google. Cancel in Grown-ups → Plan. Taxes may apply. We do not refund unused time except where the law requires it.

Safety

Bubby is not medical or educational advice. Parents set topics to skip. AI can still make mistakes. Do not rely on it for emergencies. Do not upload photos of children you do not have authority to represent.

Limits

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost stories, likeness misses, or downtime beyond what the law says we cannot disclaim. Use is for your family, not for reselling generated books as a business without our written OK.

Deletion

Delete the household in Grown-ups → Account, or email support@bubby.ai, or use the form at /delete. We erase children, photos, voices, and stories from Bubby. We honor requests within 30 days.
